In 2014 Lee and partner Charlene Brute took over FE Richards and have steadily built an enviable local and national reputation for their products.
The butchery team in their High Street shop have well over 100 years of experience between them. Combine this with passion and enthusiasm and the result is the exceptional range of meat, oven-ready meals, everyday essentials and carefully-sourced condiments on offer to their customers.
F E Richards specialises in dry-aged beef. This ancient process, modernised by the team at Richards, has rewarded them with customers both locally and across the UK.
