Dry-Aged Beef

At Richards, we specialise in the dry-ageing of beef. This ageing process has been used for thousands of years and enhances flavour, texture and tenderness. We use walls of Himalayan salt to draw the moisture out of our bespoke cold rooms, this allows the meat to form a crust and, over time, the magic happens!
